Sautéed Garlic Green Beans

Serves 4
1-pound organic green beans
4-5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
3 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Wash, trim and cut green beans to desired length.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat (I use cast iron for a crispier finish).
Add green beans and cook until beans start to blacken, about 10-15 min.
Add chopped garlic and continue to sauté for another 3-4 min, or until garlic starts to turn crisp.
